Author Guidelines

Important Notice

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that:

  • ✓ Your manuscript follows the official ISRM 2026 Paper Template.
  • ✓ The submitted work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • ✓ The manuscript falls within the Conference Scope.
  • ✓ The paper is written in clear and professional English.
  • ✓ All authors have reviewed and approved the final version before submission.
  • ✓ The manuscript complies with the Publication Ethics of ISRM 2026.

Welcome to the 11th International Seminar of Research Month (ISRM) 2026.

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality research papers that align with the conference themes and have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official ISRM 2026 paper template.

The manuscript should:

  • Be written in clear and professional English.
  • Follow the formatting requirements provided in the conference template.
  • Include a concise title, author information, abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgments (if applicable), and references.
  • Use consistent citation and reference formatting according to the template.

2. Paper Originality

Submitted manuscripts must:

  • Be original works of the authors.
  • Not have been published previously.
  • Not be under consideration by another conference or journal.
  • Present significant scientific contributions relevant to the conference topics.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality and accuracy of their work.

3. Scope of Submission

Authors should ensure that their manuscripts fall within the conference themes and topics listed under the Conference Scope.

Papers outside the conference scope may be rejected during the initial editorial screening.

4. Language

The official language of ISRM 2026 is English.

Authors are encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts are grammatically correct and professionally written before submission.

5. Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted through the official conference submission system before the submission deadline.

Late submissions may not be considered for review.

6. Peer Review

Every submitted manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review conducted by qualified reviewers.

The review process evaluates:

  • originality
  • scientific contribution
  • methodology
  • technical quality
  • clarity of presentation
  • relevance to the conference scope

7. Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the publication ethics of ISRM 2026.

Any form of:

  • plagiarism
  • duplicate submission
  • data fabrication
  • data falsification
  • inappropriate authorship

may result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.

8. Paper Acceptance

Acceptance decisions are based on:

  • reviewers’ recommendations,
  • editorial evaluation,
  • compliance with the conference requirements,
  • and overall scientific quality.

The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.

9. Presentation Requirement

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper during ISRM 2026.

Failure to present an accepted paper may affect its eligibility for publication.

10. Publication Opportunity

Selected papers may be recommended for publication in partner journals accredited by SINTA or indexed by Scopus, subject to the scope, editorial policies, and peer-review requirements of the respective journals.

Recommendation by ISRM 2026 does not guarantee acceptance for journal publication.
