Social Sciences and Humanities

The 11th International Seminar of Research Month (ISRM) 2026 – Social Sciences and Humanities presents a unique opportunity to engage in a wide spectrum of multidisciplinary knowledge. Organized by LPPM Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur, the seminar will take place virtually via Zoom on September 22nd-23rd, 2026. The theme for ISRM 2026, “Transformative Pathways Through Innovative and Inclusive Solutions for Sustainable Development,” highlights the latest research and trends, along with future perspectives in these fields. These trends and studies are oriented towards creating a future that is socially and economically sustainable, where resources are managed responsibly, and where societal developments contribute positively to the well-being of communities without compromising the needs of future generations. This theme encompasses a wide range of sub-themes, such as Social Policy and Community Development; Sustainable Economics and Business; Humanities, Culture, and Inclusive Society; and Law, Governance, and Ethics in Sustainability. We invite academicians, students, researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and representatives from governmental and non-governmental organizations worldwide to participate and share their research on topics related to social sciences and humanities. The seminar serves as a platform for collaborative discussions, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of innovative approaches in promoting a sustainable society according to the fields of social sciences and humanities. All accepted papers that are registered and presented at ISRM 2026 will then be submitted for publication and are expected to be indexed by NST Proceedings, Sinta, Atlantis Press, and Index Copernicus International.
